Welcome to the location for Alamogordo Public Schools Registration guidance.

This self-guided registration process is available for grades PreK-12 each year for all schools. It is designed to ensure that Alamogordo Public Schools has the most current information about your child(ren).

Please note that all required fields, marked with an *, must be completed to advance and complete the process.

Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is expected to open on *April 15th, 2025.

⚠️ Please do not attempt to register for the 2025-2026 school year before *April 15th. The registration links on this page are for the current school year only, and early submissions for next year will not be processed. ⚠️

Records Request

  • If you are brand new and registering for the first time, first of all, Welcome! We are so glad you are here! Second, if you need us to submit a request for records to your child’s previous school, please use the following form.

    You can email it to Central Registration and we will take care of it or upload it to your child’s electronic registration:

  • If you’re a K-8 -school requesting records for a prior APS student, please email Central Registration, and attach the official request and the email you would like the information sent to.
